The young adult who tried it out called it flimsy.

We repacked the steamer just like we found it and reached out to Customer Service to explain our situation and request a return. We got a quick response saying that returns aren’t allowed once the box has been opened.

I replied, detailing our circumstances and why it was unsuitable for us, but the answer was still a firm no on returns after opening the box—no exceptions. I even tried calling Customer Service multiple times to sort this out, but all we got was the answering machine.

We thought we had the legal right to return items in the condition they arrived, and we figured we were dealing with a company that respected those rights.

Sadly, the product fell short of what I hoped for - the water tank has a leak, and the steamer fails to get rid of creases. The return policy is quite lacking (you can only send it back if it’s still in the box, you need to ask for a return code, and you have to cover the return shipping). When I reached out for a return code, I got an email that basically blamed me for not using it correctly - considering I've been using a clothes steamer for years, it’s frustrating to be told I don’t know how to operate it. Now, I’m stuck with something that doesn’t work, so I’d suggest steering clear unless you’re keen on throwing away your cash.

I purchased the Fridja F10 Raf Handheld Travel Clothes Steamer. The initial unit showed up and while it got hot, there was no steam produced. I returned it. The second one came, heated up, made a sound when I pressed the trigger, but still no steam. I'm sending it back and fingers crossed for a refund so I can grab something else.

The customer service was quick to arrange the return pickup. Overall, it’s been a pretty disappointing experience.
